Week 1 has begun

Congratulations, you are embarking on a healthy journey this week that is going to take your body through some amazing changes from now until February 4th.

The hardest part of the first week is always kicking the habit or urge. Other than that, the first week is not ground breaking. The real change begins during week two. Well, OK, I should preface that by saying, no major changes unless you are a person who drinks every day. If that is the case you will be feeling it. We have several participating in the current dry season that fit this description (you know who you are).

If you normally drink once a week or more, your body is beginning the detoxification process. After the first seven days you should begin to feel improvements in:

  • Aches and pains

  • Nausea

  • Headaches

  • Night Sweats

In addition to no drinking, working out, eating right, hot tubs, and lots of spring water you may want to speed up the cleansing process. If so, a great product for your liver is milk thistle. You might want to consider this one that has a strong formula and is more powerful than standard milk thistle.
