Week 1 Conquered

So you’ve finished the first week of no drinking. The hardest part of the first week is always kicking the habit or urge. Other than that, the first week is not ground breaking. The real change begins during week two. Well, I guess I should preface that by saying: No major changes unless you are a person who drinks every day. If that is the case you are already feeling it.
