Week 4 is half over which means there are only 1.5 weeks left in the Spring Cleaning Dry Season.
This is a pivotal time in the detox process. This is where you experience a shrinking belly, slimming face, soft tong (no tingling) and what I like to call Snap, Crackle and Pop. Now that the toxins are exiting stage left, so is the joint stiffness. As you move about, you may experience a popping sensation in your joints, ankles, shoulders, jaw etc. This popping is not bad, it’s actually more like things popping back into place as your body loosens and relaxes.
As you can imagine, this loosening also brings back a tremendous amount of balance so you can work on your cat like reflexes.
